Ana Pelayo was born in Porto in 1995. She began her artistic journey at the age of 16, when she entered the Escola Artística Soares dos Reis, where she specialized in ceramics. After completing this technical course, she applied to the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Porto (FBAUP), obtaining her degree in Painting. Later, she deepened her knowledge in drawing at the Atelier de Arte Realista do Porto.
She also participated in several workshops taught by artists and teachers trained at the Grand Central Atelier in New York, among others.
Currently, she dedicates herself to teaching in her studio, at the same time as developing her personal work. She specialized in realistic painting and the depiction of the human figure.
