TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These general conditions of sale are agreed between Dartecor, with address at Travessa da Bela, nº 13, 4815-336 - Moreira de Cónegos, tax identification number 257 876 553 and contact +351 910773344, hereinafter referred to as “Dartecor“and people who wish to make purchases through the website www.dartecor.com, hereinafter referred to as "User".
The parties agree that purchases made through the website www.dartecor.com will be regulated exclusively by this contract, excluding any conditions previously stated on the website.

Objective
These general conditions of sale are intended to provide and define all the necessary information to the User on the modalities of ordering, selling, paying and providing services and delivery of purchases made on the website www.dartecor.com.
These conditions regulate all the steps necessary to place an order and guarantee the follow-up of an order / service provision between the Contracting Parties.
The photos presented of the products should be considered as indicative and should not be used as binding contractual material with the Client, as they depend on the devices where they are being observed and in this way the color can differ depending on the device on which you view the photos.

How to order
To place an order at Dartecor, we offer you two ways: - through the website: www.dartecor.com 24 hours a day, seven days a week and Via E-MAIL: leonelcosta@dartecor.com also available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Order
The User places their order by completing the purchase process presented on the website www.dartecor.com, adding the product (s) or service (s) they wish to purchase into the shopping basket.
To send your order, the User must complete the information and choose the options available to them during the order completion process (delivery and billing address, shipping method, payment method, as well as the TIN and the name that, for tax purposes, the User wishes to appear on the invoice).
The final confirmation of the order by the User is equivalent to their full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products/services available for sale as well as these General Sales Conditions, which will be the only conditions applicable to the contract thus concluded.
Dartecor will honor orders received online up to the limit of available stocks.
In the absence of product availability, Dartecor undertakes to inform the User as soon as possible.
The data contained in the invoice are the sole responsibility of the User. The invoice once issued cannot be reissued with changes.
If payment is not received for our services within that period, the order cannot be validated. Any amount received after this date will be returned or used for a new order.
Prices
The sales prices indicated on the website are in Euros, with taxes and fees included. The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the User and are charged at the end of the order, depending on the selected products.
Dartecor reserves the right to modify prices at any time.

Payment
The payment methods available on the site are Paypal Stripe (credit card) and bank transfer with the User not having to increase the value of his order on the fees applied for these services.
If the currency you are paying with is not in Euros, the payment site, Paypal or Stripe will convert.
MBway payments are accepted. To use one of these methods, please request by email to: leonelcosta@dartecor.com
When using one of these two alternative payment methods, the order will only be sent after receipt of proof of payment.
No other payment methods are accepted.
If you want an invoice with a taxpayer number, enter the TIN and respective data in the “Notes or Instructions” field during the process of finalizing your purchase.
Availability
Dartecor respects the estimated delivery time of products if their availability is guaranteed in stock. In case of delay, the User will be duly informed, within 7 working days, and they may cancel their order and be fully refunded or choose recommended products of equivalent value.

Shipping
For countries outside the European Union, the order will be sent in CIP (Carriage and Insurance Paid) mode, with customs responsibilities and the payment of fees (if applicable) being the responsibility of the User.
Shipments are made by CTT - Correios de Portugal, S.A.
Dartecor sends its products international and provides shipping information (track number) so that the User can track his order.
Any delay on the part of the carrier is outside the responsibility of Dartecor, although in case of delay we will do our best to contact the carrier and inform the User.

Portugal: 2 to 5 days
Europe: 10 to 20 days
Rest of the World: 30 to 40 days
In case of rushed or urgent delivery, please contact by e-mail: leonelcosta@dartecor.com. We will contact other carriers in order to respond to your needs. In this case, shipping costs will be increased.
Note: Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, online shopping worldwide has increased significantly. Thus, deliveries are being delayed. We appreciate your understanding.

Shipping costs
To find out how much you will pay for shipping costs the User may generate a simulation based on their intended purchase. Freely add desired products to the cart and when finished check in the cart the value corresponds to the shipping costs provided. This value may vary depending on the amount of products you add.

Returns and refunds
Dartecor accepts product returns, however, please contact us in order to try to resolve your dissatisfaction in the best way.
Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving the item.
The article must be in perfect condition in order to be marketed.
The money will only be returned after receiving the products and checking their condition. In the event of anomalies, Dartecor is entitled to reject the return.
The User is responsible for the shipping costs of the return.
The fees applied by means of payment (Paypal or Stripe) will be subtracted from the return amount.
Returns must be made to the address shown at the sender's location on the packaging of your order.
Alternative dispute resolution entities:
The User may, by its express option, submit the dispute resolution to the appreciation of a consumer dispute arbitration center.
